🚨 URGENT: Parcel2Go Setup
Your drop-off shipping is blocked by Parcel2Go. Let's escalate this properly.
❌ What's Not Working:
- • All 6 drop-off providers return HTTP 404
- • DropShops API not enabled on your account
- • 3 emails sent, no response in 3 days
- • Blocking launch of your marketplace
✅ What IS Working:
- • OAuth authentication works perfectly
- • API credentials are valid
- • Your integration code is correct
- • Just need Parcel2Go to flip the switch
This email is more aggressive than your previous ones. It shows urgency, mentions switching to competitors, and demands 24hr response.
Subject: URGENT: Production API Blocked - Need DropShops API Access
Hi Parcel2Go API Team,
My production marketplace (My Hero - https://my-hero.base44.app) is blocked from launching because the DropShops API is not enabled on my account.
CRITICAL ISSUE:
• I've been waiting 3 days with no response to 3 separate emails
• 100+ sellers ready to list items but can't ship without drop-off options
• My technical team confirmed all API credentials work, but ALL drop-off endpoints return HTTP 404
WHAT I NEED:
Enable DropShops API access for my API Key: See account settings
Specifically, enable these providers:
✅ Evri ParcelShops (evri)
✅ Yodel Stores (yodel)
✅ DPD Pickup Points (dpd)
✅ Royal Mail Post Offices (royalmail)
✅ InPost Lockers (inpost)
✅ Collect+ Stores (collectplus)
WHY THIS IS URGENT:
My sellers are part-time sellers with full-time jobs. They CANNOT wait at home for courier collections. Drop-off at local shops/lockers is essential for:
• Flexibility (drop after work, lunch breaks, weekends)
• No wasted days waiting for couriers
• Why I chose Parcel2Go over competitors
TECHNICAL DETAILS:
• Current Status: OAuth works, but /dropshops/{provider}/geolocation returns 404
• Test Results: Confirmed by developer team, all 6 providers return "endpoint not found"
• Impact: Cannot launch marketplace until resolved
This is blocking a live production service. I need this enabled within 24 hours or I'll be forced to switch to Royal Mail Click & Drop API (already have backup application submitted).
Please treat this as HIGH PRIORITY.
Thanks,
Darren

Main Business Line - UK Hours: 9am - 5pm Mon-Fri
🎯 EXACT SCRIPT TO USE:
Step 1: "Hi, I need to speak with someone from your API/Developer technical team urgently."
If they ask why: "I'm a production API client. My marketplace launch is blocked because DropShops API isn't enabled on my account. I've emailed your API support team FOUR times with no response. This is costing me money."
If they try to take a message: "No, I need to speak with someone NOW. This is a production issue affecting my business. Can you transfer me directly to technical support or give me their direct number?"
When you get through: "My API Key returns 404 on all DropShops endpoints. I need this enabled TODAY. My account email is dazndel686@gmail.com"
⚡ PRO TIP:
If receptionist can't help, ask for their complaint escalation process or request to speak with a manager. Be polite but FIRM. You're a paying customer being ignored.

You're absolutely right about this:
- •Part-time sellers with 9-5 jobs can't wait home for couriers
- •Flexibility - drop on lunch break, after work, weekends
- •Multi-courier coverage - Evri/Yodel/DPD everywhere in UK
- •This was THE reason you chose Parcel2Go over competitors
Don't launch without this. It's worth the wait/fight to get it enabled properly.
