iPhone (iOS) - Safari
- 1Open the My Hero UK link (myhero.uk) in Safari browser
- 2Tap the Share button (square with arrow) at the bottom
- 3Scroll down and tap "Add to Home Screen"
- 4Tap "Add" in the top right
- 5Find the My Hero app icon on your home screen!
Android - Chrome
- 1Open the My Hero UK link (myhero.uk) in Chrome browser
- 2Tap the three dots (menu) in the top right
- 3Tap "Add to Home screen" or "Install app"
- 4Tap "Install" or "Add"
- 5Launch My Hero from your app drawer!

1. Setting Up Your Profile
Basic Info
- 1. Go to My Account (top right) or click your avatar.
- 2. Click Edit Profile.
- 3. Upload a profile picture and banner to build trust.
- 4. Add a bio to tell buyers about your collection.
Crucial Step: Your Address
You must add your full address (Street, City, Postcode) in your profile settings.
This is required to generate shipping labels. It serves as the "Sender Address" and allows couriers to return items to you if delivery fails.
2. Listing an Item
Click the large + button in the navigation bar to start listing.
- 1Photos: Upload clear photos. The first photo will be the cover image.
- 2Details: Enter a descriptive title and honest condition rating (e.g., Near Mint, Good).
- 3Shipping (Important!): Select the correct Parcel Size.
- • Large Letter: Single comic in a board-backed envelope.
- • Small Parcel: Slabs, graded comics, or small stacks (up to 2kg).
- • Medium/Large Parcel: Omnibuses, statues, or large lots.
*Shipping costs are calculated automatically for the buyer based on the size you select.

1. Get the Label
When you make a sale, go to your Seller Dashboard. Find the order in the "Needs Action" tab and click "Get Shipping Label".
2. Drop Off
We use Evri / InPost networks. You can drop off your parcel at:
- Any ParcelShop
- Any InPost Locker (select "Print in Store" or scan QR code)
- Most local convenience stores
